Refund Policy
1. The 30-day rule
Refunds are no-questions-asked within 30 days of purchase. Email billing@reelskills.gg from your purchase email or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
2. How it's paid back
Paddle is our merchant of record, so the refund goes back to the original payment method - usually within 5 to 10 business days. The statement line is PADDLE.NET*.
3. After a refund
Your plan drops to the free tier once the refund is processed. Clips already rendered stay yours; new renders follow free-tier rules (watermark included).
4. Broken renders
If a CS2 update breaks rendering for more than 7 consecutive days, we extend every paid plan by the downtime automatically - no ticket needed. That's on us, not on you.
5. Chargebacks
Talk to us before opening a chargeback - we refund faster than your bank investigates. Accounts with an open chargeback are paused until it resolves.
