Terms of Service
1. The service
ReelsKills renders vertical clips from publicly available GOTV match recordings. Match data of all ten participants appears in recordings as produced by the game. Renders may be delayed by CS2 game updates while our tools catch up.
2. Your account
One account per Steam identity. You are responsible for keeping the credentials you connect (match share codes, Faceit API access) valid and for everything that happens under your account. Do not claim another player's rounds as your own POV.
3. Billing
Paddle is our merchant of record - the charge appears as PADDLE.NET* on statements. Prices are shown at checkout including any applicable tax. Refunds are no-questions-asked within 30 days - see the Refunds policy.
4. Acceptable use
No bulk scraping of clips or profiles, no reselling renders as your own service, and no hammering the render queue with demos that are not yours. We may throttle or suspend accounts that degrade the service for everyone else.
5. Takedowns
Appear in a clip and want it gone? Report "I appear in this" - verified subjects go private within 72 hours. DMCA notices: abuse@reelskills.gg.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. Valve demos expire (roughly 30 days) and expired demos cannot be recovered or re-rendered. Game updates can temporarily break demo parsing or rendering; we patch as fast as the tools allow, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost clips, expired demos, or indirect damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
